- Business Information Department of Energy Studies Graduate School Ajou University focuses on the interdisciplinary work of energy economics energy engineering and other related fields of studies since 1987. In order to cultivate manpower in the new energy technology field in Korea the department has recognized the need for a complex multi-purpose manpower training structure that can meet the diverse needs of energy sectors. In particular the Ministry of Environment has been carrying out the Graduate School of Climate Change project for a long time to train professionals and carry out basic research projects to actively respond to the UN Climate Change Convention. Department of energy studies in Ajou University has been designated as the Graduate School specialized in Climate Change by the Ministry of Environment in 2019.
