- Business Information MECAROENERGY, created by physical division on November 1, 2019, is specializing in thin-film PV cells with the aim of commercializing CIGS thin-film PV cells and Perovskite thin-film PV cells, which have been researched and developed for more than 10 years at the Institute of MECARO, Inc, parent company of MECARO. We have secured original patents for CVD-based CIGS PV cells, inorganic Perovskite PV cells, and transparent PV cells while preparing for mass production by attracting investment from global partners.
