- Business Information 'ENlighten' is a representative 'energy climate tech company' in Korea that provides various renewable energy services based on innovative technology, finance, and data capabilities. Launched in 2016 under the mission of 'Solar Connect', Enlighten is a domestic energy climate tech leader and wants to innovate the energy market from power plant construction, finance, operation and power transactions. Enlighten, which was changed to its current mission in 2020 with the message of expanding from a solar-oriented business platform to the overall renewable energy, was selected as the "Global ICT Future Unicorn" by the Ministry of Science and ICT that year. It attracted 20.8 billion won worth of Series C investment from the KDB Development Bank and others in 2021, won the Ministerial Award of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy's "Korea Energy Awards" in 2022, completed the registration of power generation prediction and management patents, and is serving as a RE100 renewable energy supplier in Gyeonggi Province by signing a business agreement with Gyeonggi Province in 2023. In addition, it provides integrated solutions from ▲ business structure optimized for customers' purposes (reducing electricity rates, implementing RE100, generating power generation profits, etc.) by signing a third-party PPA to supply renewable energy power to Naver and providing a 7.6MW RE100 integrated solution to Lotte Global Logistics. It also provides integrated solutions to ▲ power plant construction ▲ management operation ▲ finance. Enlighten's core products and services are ▲Solar 'Subscription' products ▲ Roof Solar Factoring ▲ Power Plant Asset Management Platform 'Power Generation King'. Solar subscription products introduce the concept of "subscription" to solar facilities, so that Enlighten installs solar facilities on the roof of customers' buildings, and customers pay only monthly solar facility usage fees without incurring initial capital. Roof solar factoring products are customized financial solutions that reinforce the credit of small and medium-sized construction companies and help them raise construction funds at once.
